Age-ripened cheese rolled in a mix of herbs de Provence.  Mild in flavor; semi-soft with an herby finish.  Pairs well with veggies such tomatoes and cucumbers.   A great addition to a cheese board, salads, or roasted veggies.  Each round is about 5 oz.
