An ash-ripened, bloomy rind cheese. Soft and creamy.  Similar in style to a Brie or Camembert.  A pretty, fun cheese.  Wonderful spread on a baguette or a gorgeous addition to a cheese board.  (Pairs well with a sweet spread or jam such as fig or with cucumbers.)
